About OHME!

Fruit-forward snacks that figured out crunch

OHME! makes freeze-dried fruit and yogurt crunch snacks, Canadian-owned and made in British Columbia. It started with two health IT professionals, a pandemic and a bowl of oatmeal nobody was excited about. Today most of its independent stockists order through Faire.

The challenge

The key accounts got the calls. The independents didn't.

A small team packing its own orders put its time into the big, distributor-managed chains. Hundreds of independent stockists had no one checking in.

  • Key accounts first. Calls and visits went to the chains.
  • All manual. Follow-up ran out of QuickBooks and spreadsheets.
  • Reorders left to chance. The 2026 goal: sales volume and repeat order rate.

“The smaller independent stores… usually drive a lot of sales, but…”

“We just didn't really have the capacity to call them.”

The solution

An AI agent on every store

Since May 2026, each of OHME!'s 500+ stockists has its own agent, with our team reviewing every message before it goes out.

  • Nudges the reorder. Each agent watches its store and checks in when an order is due.
  • Wins back quiet stores. Stores that stopped ordering months or years ago get a reason to come back.
  • Opens new doors. Stores that had never ordered placed their first.
